I am finding one of the cooler features to be the ability to pin a person tile.

It’s really easy to to:

1. Go into the People Hub
2. Press and hold the desired contact
3. Select Pin to Start

Now that’s just stupid simple. Like the “Me” tile, it alternates between showing the contact’s image, name and latest update from the contact’s social network (i.e. Facebook, Windows Live).
